Group Rides

Mid-week training rides are held on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.

Our Tuesday ride is combined with sister-club, SIRC, and heads to Mt Austin in various formats, departing 5:45am from Sinopec at Wong Nai Chung Gap.

Our Thursday ride is the Thursday Tai Tam Peloton (TTTP), meeting at 5:35am at the roundabout on Sassoon/Victoria Rd (just downhill from Queen Mary Hospital) with options to go Round the Island or turn back at any point at/before Big Wave Bay.

We also have a TT training session on the last Sunday of the month at Sunny Bay (road bikes still welcome!)

Details are posted on the WhatsApp group so we know who is coming and allow us to support new-comers out on the roads.

Track Session

Our weekly track intervals are held Wednesdays at 7-8am at Happy Valley Racecourse, meeting just above the entrance ramp for warm up drills before the main set. The training program is varied according to upcoming events, but generally features a mixture of 5-10k pace work, with intervals between 300m and 1350m.

We also have a long group run on the second Saturday of every month. Details for all sessions available on the WhatsApp group.

Coached Pool Swim Sessions:

We organise coached pool sessions at Kennedy Town on Monday and Friday mornings at 7am. Places are limited and generally pre-booked on a 2-monthly basis, but please contact us at or on the WhatsApp group to check for availability.
