Dragons Winter Warriors Duathlon/Triathlon (South Bay)
The Ultimate Weather-Flexible Race Kick off the season at South Bay with a race that adapts to the day. Depending on the conditions, you can stick to the dry land or take the plunge for your first Tri of the year.
The Duathlon Option: A "short and sharp" 2km run / 20km bike / 4km run.
The Vibe: Low-key, highly social, and beginner-friendly.

Dragons Summer Series Triathlon (Shek O)
Beat the heat with our "Triple-Threat" format! Kick off the summer at Shek O with a fast, flexible race designed for all levels. Complete the circuit up to three times—or just do what you can.
The Course: Repeat x3 300m Swim / 8km bike / 2km run
Multi-Lap Challenge: Push through all three rounds or stop after one or two.
Duathlon Option: Not feeling the water? Swap the swim for a 1km run to stay on dry land.
Social Vibe: Low-key, beginner-friendly, and great for transition practice.

Dragons 70.3 Training Race
Test Your Engine Curious about your endurance? This is your chance to gauge your fitness over the Half-Ironman distance in a supportive environment. While we set the regulation course, there is no obligation to finish the full distance—choose the volume that fits your current training block.
The Full Distance: 1.9km Swim / 90km Bike / 21.1km Run.
Goal: Benchmark your pacing and nutrition before the big race day.
Ironman / Ironman 70.3 / Phuket Tri (TH)
The "Race of Legends" A perennial favorite for the Dragons, various Ironman and half-Ironman races in the region and the Phuket Triathlon (the perfect "season-ender"). Join a massive contingent of club members in one of these legendary races.
Race of Enlightenment
Lantau’s Toughest Climb One of the most iconic challenges on the HK calendar. This cycle race takes you from the flats of Tung Chung all the way up to the Big Buddha. It’s a grueling climb with a spiritual reward (and a great photo op) at the summit. Expect a healthy Dragon turnout!
Dragons Team Time Trial
Speed, Strategy, and Squads Grab three teammates and gear up for one of the most popular cycling events in Hong Kong. This is a 4-person tactical battle against the clock.
