I have just read a fantastic report from Nick Langford about the amazing efforts of Hong Kong contingent who traveled to Singapore for the 70.3 on the weekend. As the majority of these were Dragons members, on behalf of the committee I extend a congratulations to all of you who competed. You have done us proud!

A social event for the Dragons is long overdue and the chance to mingle and talk triathlon, competitions, bad drivers in Hong Kong or just life in general has come for us on the evening of Saturday, September 15th. We are all meeting at the Kangaroo Downunder Bar, The Basement, The Broadway,54-62 Lockhart Road Wan Chai at 6pm wearing our Dragon's Shirts for identification. (Partners, friends and new members are most welcome without dragons shirts but if we have enough of us wearing them we should be able to take the place over!)

The evening will have a focus courtesy of Adelaide Cellardoor who will be providing a tasting of their premium Aussie wines for us. There will also be a drawing of our raffle for a place to the Phuket Laguna Triathlon for this year. You can indicate how many tickets you would like to pick up on the night by contacting Mike at

Tickets are $200 each or 2 for $300.

The Social Evening will set you back the tiny sum of $150 for members or $200 for non-members which will cover wine and nibblies.
