Perfect for squeezing in some last minute training for next Sunday's event at Big Wave Bay! Yep! that's the one at the bottom of the Shek O Road hill and a left at the roundabout. The one that we usually run to. This time it is going to be the transition and swim area in an attempt to avoid the congestion of an increasingly chaotic Shek O beach.
