Image Hello Again Dragons,

Something really important that I forgot to add in this morning was that we were desperately short of Marshalls at the last race. This is a really crucial job, especially on the bike leg where the turn at the Cape D' Auguilar turn off is quite risky without a marshall.

I would hate to think that any Dragon might decide to stay home this Sunday due to an injury or a big night out and not put their hand up to assist for an hour or so in the interests of improving the safety for other friends and fellow athletes.

We are now a club of around 80 members. Given the nature of life in Hong Kong, only around 40 of you will probably race on the day, that leaves another 40 who could potentially help out. Do not put your energies into thinking of excuses, come down and instead enjoy a free breakfast courtesy of the club and contribute to making the second Dragon's Training race of the season the best one yet!

One final note, the committee agreed following the last race that the swim was short compared to the rest of the race so we will add in an additional swim around two pontoons on Sunday. This will bring the swim distance up to 600m. The bike remains 25k and the run 4k.

See you on Sunday.

Paul
