New to Hong Kong or the Triathlon scene? Here is some Information which may be of help:

The Hong Kong Triathlon Association has announced some new courses for Newcomers. Check the link to their site for details.

Here are some direct links to courses that they offer:

Grassroots Development Programme  - Phase II(Training for Kids/Youth/Adult)08/09

They also offer swim training sessions which are popular with many age grouper triathletes.

At time of writing, there are few options for beginner cyclists in Hong Kong.

Our advice is to monitor the SIR Cycling website and come along to a Saturday morning ride when you can at least meet some fellow cyclists who can advise you better.

As for running, the Thursday running group at Happy valley (see the training section) caters for all.
