Bikeman and Bernie timed workout 1300 hrs Tung Chung, usual place, for 1:45 bike then 1 hour run. Distance irrelevant . All are welcome. Contact Bikeman on 69246253 or email to F. Ball if interested.
This sat and basically most Sats (except next weekend Off road tri) till PKT.
