Just recapping on Paul's offical post meet email.
We had alot of positive feedback from everyone today about the venue, setup etc.. .Does anyone have anything to add that would make it even better next time? We would love to hear it.
Also as Paul mentioned we will be doubling the distance in the next meet in preparation for the Phuket Triathlon. We were thinking of a 6.30 start as we will be going for a couple of hours. So keep that in mind for next time. So if you need to sharpen up your skills and/or fitness, contact Ann Marie of Fen at Sandy Bay, or come to my run sessions at Happy valley every thursday night at 7pm for some interval work.
