As you know Ironman 70.3 Singapore will held on 2nd Sept (Link: http://www.ironman703singapore.com/), nearly 200 Hong Kong residents including Sonic, Dragon's tri club and many individual athletes well prepare on that day.
TriSports & Sonic would like to invite all race participants & friends to share some useful info and link up all together to build up friendship.
Below tentative info for your kind reference.

Duration: 2 hours
Contents:
(1) Bike assemble,disassemble skill for traveling, emergency maintenance by Kenji Leung (Marco Polo Discovery Channel Pro Cycling Team Athlete)
(2) Race nutrition by IVE teacher
(3) Bike course preview by Sonic Singaporean member with 3D map in big screen
(4) Passover race kit (Sonic members)
(5) Equipment display (All nice speed weapons and outfit!!!!!!!)

Soft drink and snacks will be serve and charge HKD$50.00 net per person during the event.
I'm look forward to hearing your feedback and different level of support of this great activities.
