Would love to see as many of the Dragons across in Discovery Bay saturday morning.

The Lantau Buffalos are hosting a triathlon in DB this Saturday.

It will be a good opportunity to have 1 last "dress rehearsal" either individually or in your relay team before the Disney Triathlon or enjoy and see what we have here in DB.

Race details as follows. Please register online at www.lantaubuffalos.org <http://www.lantaubuffalos.org/>  by midday Friday 2nd October. Any questions please reply to this email. You can of course show up last minute on the day, but it would be easier for the organisers to know if you are coming.

I can help organise bike transport through the tunnel if needed. You just have to confirm with me beforehand.

PUBLIC HOLIDAY Saturday 3rd October, Discovery Bay Beach
6.30am race briefing / 7.00am race start

• Distance LONG COURSE: Ocean Swim 1.2 Km / Bike 18 Km / Run 10 Km

• Distance SPRINT COURSE: Ocean Swim 300 m / Bike 12 Km / Run 6.5 Km

Race entry $100 per person 
(includes public liability insurance, post-race refreshments and prizes)
