Just a heads up that the IHP coaches will be down at Big Wave Bay tomorrow for a swim / bike / run training session starting at 7 am.

Swim will last about 45 mins - 1 hour. Coaches Kenneth and Fen will be in the water with y'all while I shout orders from the beach. Those opting to stay in the water and skip the bike (or run) can do some extra work with us.

Coaches Kenneth and Kenji (Kenji is a Discovery Team pro cyclist) will split the cyclists into 2 groups, the more experienced riders will head off with Kenji for more of a taxing session up and down the Shek-O road (usual Dragon race route) while Kenneth will work with more of the inexperienced riders or those that want a bit more technical input. There will be some transition training as well.

Session will finish with the relatively flat run (again, usual BWB - Shek O Beach route).

Just a reminder that this is not a race, rather, a coached brick session. As we are 5 weeks out of Phuket, this may be a good day to come out and work on some skills under guidance.

Tomorrow's session will be $200 for walk-ins / non-members. Remember though that you guys will get 7 sessions for the price of 6 if you choose to buy a FlexiPass ($800). Tomorrow's session only counts as 1 session for FlexiPass holders
