Guys 'n gals,

1/ Are you a keen triathlete BUT

a/ the last time you broke 3 hours for Olympic Course was in your dreams?
b/ Your run split usually has 5 as opposed to 4 digits?
c/ Your bike split usually reduces your 'friends' to gales of laughter?
d/ You freak out if anyone comes nearer than 10m in the swim?
d/ you've almost been beaten by a weird, balding, pony-tailed character in neon pink?

If you answered 'yes' to any of the above, this is for you.

Weekend of Sept 14 Sunday. Midday, Sunny Bay (nr Disney). Sprint distance w Bikeman's adjustments i.e. longer swim (It's hot out there, it's Bikeman's best event, it's good training for the upcoming swims), about 25km flattish bike, shorter run ( it's hot out there, it's Bikeman's worst event!!).

Note: No shops out there so bring all appropriate liquids/Ice coolers!
Anyone genuinely lean and mean who wishes to participate is welcome BUT should you finish before EVERYONE has finished the bike, you will be expected to wait until they do and then complete the run again to the accompaniment of "Show off", " Druggie" and other compliments usually given to anyone better.
